i didn't know humid

omg, the run this morning SUCKED. Remember that humidity from yesterday? It sure as heck didn't go away overnight. That was 11 miles of sheer torture. Thank goodness for Susan, otherwise my a$$ would have been taking an awful lot of walk breaks. It was hot, humid, and gross. It was our first really gross run of the season, plus some of us have been spending more time unpacking that pounding the pavement. I should get back to the basement....
